Liability of the Parties

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement takes effect upon any use of this website. The Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version of it is published.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its own discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
